"I strive to build a company that gives undeniable craftsmanship, and quality"
- Andrew 0. struckmann

The story of AOS began with Andrew O. Struckmann, who was exposed to construction work at a young age; when he rode to job sites with his grandfather and father who owned Quality Siding & Windows Inc. As a child, he used to "build" with scrap lumber while they worked, unknowingly learning valuable skills. As Andrew grew taller and stronger, he developed a passion for the trades and building homes for customers. After his grandfather's passing , plus working alongside his dad for most of his adult life, Andrew decided to start building his own dreams. Together with his partner, Kat, they started AOS Carpentry LLC from humble beginnings out of a two-bedroom house and the back of Andrew's F150. Their first job was completing a siding project for their very first AOS customer.

As their reputation grew, they expanded their reach through social media, word of mouth, and eventually established a website with the help of Herr Branding Company. As word spread and more projects continued to come in, Andrew decided to obtain his General Contractors License, which he passed on his first try. As the business continued to grow, AOS needed more tools, trucks, and natural space, leading them to seek out larger accommodations. In 2021, Andrew & Kat welcomed their daughter, Octavia, and found the perfect location for the business and their family to grow together.

Despite the growth, Andrew still loves to spend time on the field, remodeling his customers' homes. Meanwhile, Kat tackles office roles of schedule, payroll, taxes, ect. Now AOS has many new faces starting with, James - Sales/Estimates, Burt -General Manager and many more.
